Put it in the freezer for 1 hour until the base made out of oreo crumbs harden.
Soften the ice cream at ROOM TEMPERATURE.When ice cream is soft enough , place it in a mixing bowl. With a spoon or sputla , stir the ice cream until it is spreadable.
Spoon the icecream over the oreo base , enure all gaps are filled.
Depending on the depth of the pan , fill it with enough ice cream until it reaches about half toone inches before the rim.Cover it with a cling wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours.
When the ice cream layer is set , prepare the chocolate ganache , PLace cream and finely chopped dark chocolates in a bowl over a pot of simmering water , Stir till the chocolate melts complete.
Leave to cool off.(You dont want the ice cream to melt when u pour the chocolate over it)Spread the chocolate ganache over the ice cream layer , Decorate as you want.
Cover with cling wrap again and freeze for at least 6 hours before unmodling. When ready to unmold , dampen a kitchen towl with hot water and warp it around the pan and hold it there for about 10 seconds.(So it'll be easier to unmold)
Remove Towel and unmold the cake. After unmolding the cake return it into the freezer to firm up before serving.
(You can decorate the cake afterwards as well)
*I decorated the top with some left over oreo crumbs and some sugar gum flower candies i bought from a shop. The Happy Birthday was Made out of Fondant*
